About Ashley Cox

I am passionate about bringing health and wholeness to any individual that I work with. We are body, mind, spirit, and soul.and all need to be attended to in order to experience our best life. If one area is weakened or in distress it can impact our sense of self, relationships, and destiny. As a clinical professional in the tech field, I believe that we are still in the beginning phases of innovating healthcare. I find great joy in bridging the gap between remote healthcare and human experience. Healthcare should still be personal but also within reach for all. Technology should take us farther but not take us apart. Bedside care and human relationship is the still the most pivotal factor for emotional health and mental wellness. My work is to make that bridge smaller each day and bring the right care at the right time. I hope to disrupt the archaic methods of healthcare and make emotional wellness more easily accessible, holistic, and effective in a digital age. As a therapist, I enjoy working with children, adolescents, families, and college students. I believe in taking a collaborative approach with each client and family to bring hope, understanding, and clear communication. My approach is often client centered with an integration of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, and psycho-dynamic based in the needs of the client. Children that have experienced a rough start benefit from a supportive and empathic provider that will foster empowerment and resiliency. College students are often at a transition point and benefit from additional support and skills gained in therapy while navigating new territory. Therapy is a scared space to work through these seasons and gain a sense of mastery and confidence. Holistic mental health care, in all settings, with a vibrant outcome. That is my passion.
