Hi, I’m Ashley! I’m a recent graduate of California State University, Fresno, where I earned my degree in Digital Journalism with a minor in LGBTQ+ Studies. Throughout college, I built a career shaped by pop culture and digital media. I worked closely with Fresno State Esports in various positions and had the opportunity to oversee the program and lead gender-inclusive teams with a focus on community-building. In my role as Director of Diversity & Inclusion, I advocated for non-binary and female players, promoted inclusive dynamics, and organized events, including a charity tournament for St. Jude. My background also includes reporting for Fresno State\'s The Collegian, where I covered campus culture, student advocacy, and social commentary. My coverage of the 2024 election earned 4th place at the ACP Fall National College Media Convention. Outside of school, I run a TikTok account that combines editing, fandom, and storytelling, reaching over followers and averaging 1.7M views per year.
