ABOUT ASHLEY CORBETT WILLIAMS

I am currently a Major Gifts Officer at The Evergreen State College, where I previously held the roles of Administrative Assistant to the Vice President for Advancement and the Board of Governors, Program Coordinator for the Washington Center for Improving Undergraduate Education, and the Instructional Media Coordinator.I am a lifelong learner and received a BFA in Painting in 2009 and an Art Educator\'s License in 2014 from the University of Arkansas. After moving to Olympia, Washington, I went on to receive a BA in Film and Animation from The Evergreen State College in 2016. I also completed post-baccalaureate studies in Creative Writing at Evergreen in 2020. I am committed to the transformational potential of a liberal arts education. As a student, I experienced the value of an Evergreen education firsthand. Now as a fundraiser, I am dedicated to removing barriers so other students can attend and thrive at Evergreen. Outside of my passion for education and philanthropy, I am an interdisciplinary artist. My practice spans the mediums of ceramics, 16mm film, video, animation, photography, and painting.
