I am Chief Labor & Employment Counsel for Wabtec, which acquired GE Transportation in February 2019. I am responsible for all labor and employment matters at Wabtec. Wabtec has employees. I advise c-suite executives, human resources managers and business managers on complex employment and labor issues. Additionally, I manage outside counsel for employment litigation. I have experience with M&A, especially with the Wabtec/GET merger. I also advise Wabtec on wage/hour compliance, reorganizations, and reductions in force, and conduct investigations and oversee investigations of alleged misconduct and policy violations. I partner with human resources on numerous projects and initiatives, including pay equity issues.
