As the Division President at the Clearwater/Tampa Division within Sentry Management I oversaw the operations and performance of the Clearwater/Tampa Division, serving more than 160 community associations and around 200k homeowners. I hold the CMCA credential of Certified Manager of Community Associations and Association Management Specialist (AMS), demonstrating my knowledge and competence in the field of community association management. I have more than 12 years of experience in this industry, starting as a Receptionist. Quickly moving forward into the Office Manager position for a few years. After successfully obtaining my CAM license with the state of Florida, I was given the opportunity to advance into a Portfolio Community Association Manager role in 2014. Earning the CMCA, and AMS, certifications I was promoted to the Assistant Division Manager and ending my tenure with Sentry Management as the Division President. I have developed strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills, which enable me to effectively lead and support a team, collaborate with internal and external clients and resolve any issues or challenges. I am passionate about remaining teachable, being willing to step outside of my comfort zone to grow in each role. I welcome new opportunities and perspectives that can enhance my performance,
