About Ashley Chamburs
I’m a third-year Psychology student at the University of Washington on the Pre-Medicine track, motivated by a passion for healthcare, service, and community leadership. Growing up as a Marine Corps military brat, I lived around the world and learned from diverse cultures and environments. These experiences shaped my worldview, inspired my love for serving others, and sparked my long-term goal of becoming a physician.On campus, I strive to lead with purpose and create supportive, inclusive communities. I currently serve as President of Alpha Delta Pi’s Alpha Theta Chapter, where I guide chapter operations and help foster member growth and connection. I also serve as the Advisor for UW’s HOSA: Future Health Professionals chapter and as a board member on the Central Kitsap School District CTE Advisory Board, contributing to student development and career readiness.Each of these roles has strengthened my leadership, communication, and collaborative skills preparing me for a career in medicine centered on empathy, equity, and meaningful impact
