Ashley Carnes currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer and Partner at Impact Networking, where she has led organizational transformation, corporate strategy, and workforce development for 14+ years. She began her career in business development, driving triple-digit revenue growth and market expansion before rising to lead sales strategy, enablement, and learning & development. A dynamic problem-solver and visionary team-builder, Ashley founded the Impact Leadership Institute, a performance-centered internal consultancy training thousands —and has since spearheaded global go-to-market (GTM) initiatives and cross-functional strategic planning.
