Network Shared Services Manager - Jan. 2016 to Dec. 16 Led the development and implementation of Learning tools, reports and metrics for the Amazon North America FC organization. This includes but is not limited to: Learning Central, Coaching Portal, Training Warehouse 2.0, Network created reports like Leader & Associate Training Execution Report, Learning Inputs Report, Quarterly NA L & TD Newsletter, etc. Sr. Instock Manager, Sports Apparel - Sept. 2014 to Jan. 2016 Supported setup of 2 major brands (Adidas and Under Armour) prior to the start of Peak to bring to the Amazon platform. Worked with both vendor teams to determine inventory flows, cut orders, send PO confirmation best practices, answer daily questions, etc. Executed projects to automate apparel markdowns, serve as Operational Inventory Health SME and support free case flow initiative projects.
