In this role within GEHA and the Federal Employee Dental and Vision Insurance Program FEDVIP, I work in three key areas: member engagement, integration with medical and dental, and quality assurance program enhancement. For the member engagement program development. I work throughout the organization to integrate dental wellness content into the overall health and care management content. Most people have heard the news that the mouth matters as part of overall health. My goal is to help members connect to content that supports oral health, overall health, inclusion, and wellness. The quality assurance program enhancement is a multidisciplinary team working to improve the process and improve member and provider experiences. Working with lean six sigma principles we document all meeting minutes and projects to enhance the organizations implementation of this work. In addition, I have the opportunity to co-chair the Health Equity section of the Disability Employee Resource Group. I also enjoy sharing my ideas to the Clinical & Diagnostic Terminology Subgroup of the NADP.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
