Ashley is dedicated to creating and delivering learning experiences that inspire performance excellence, passion, and vision. As the owner and President of Anchor Pointe Learning, she cultivates people growth, fostering each of her clients to reach their full potential - personally, organizationally, and within their communities. Ashley holds an M.S. in Instructional Design and has more than 25 years of proven innovation in large-scale learning, quality, and organizational development programs. Ashley is a learning solutions architect with extensive experience developing and growing pioneering learning departments, from the ground up. Her expertise lies in developing and delivering training for Public Health Emergency Management, personal/organization development, DISC personality profile, sales, healthcare, telecommunications, and technology. Ashley has worked with Fortune 500 companies such as General Dynamics, Anthem, NCR, and Cox Communications. Ashley and her team are currently working with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to build and deliver Public Health Emergency Management curriculum to 22 countries. The curriculum is accepted as the gold standard by the African Union-CDC, WHO-H & Regional Offices, AFRICOM, Public Health England, Public Health Canada, West African Health Organizations (WAHO), BMG, And Resolve to Save Lives.
