ABOUT ASHLEY BURGHARDT

Over 15 years scaling people, operations, and culture in high-growth environments, including building Stitch Fix\'s UK operation from zero to over 300 people and £41M in revenue, and leading the largestorganisation in the business through growth, transformation, and wind-down.My experience sits at the intersection of people leadership, operational design, and organisational change. I\'ve led through international expansion, full business launches, org redesign, and culture transformation; and I\'ve done it in matrixed, fast-moving environments where there is rarely a playbook. Highlights include reducing 12-month rolling attrition from 70% to 25%, scaling a team from zero to 900+ across two business lines, and delivering £41M net revenue in three years from a standing start.Since 2023, I have been working independently as an executive coach, strategic advisor, and fractionalexecutive, partnering with companies across the US, UK, and Europe to drive leadership performance,operational clarity, and sustainable culture. I have completed a CTI Level 2 qualification, in process to obtain ICF ACC, and am on track for PCC certification in 2026.What sets me apart is range.
