Delivering nuanced advice, guidance and coaching to business leaders on the Bank’s most complex employee relations matters, to reduce risk and maximise employee potential, whilst delivering commercially focussed outcomes. Roles and Responsibilities:• Sharing expert guidance and coaching to resolve a wide range of the banks most complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, conduct, and absence matters, ensuring full compliance with employment law, ACAS Code of Practice, and internal policy frameworks.• Demonstrating a proactive and holistic approach to resolving employee related concerns, using strategic and critical thinking in a continuously evolving environment. • Building trust to create partnerships with leaders at all levels of the business, tailoring support, coaching and guidance as required, professionally and efficiently. • Balancing a diverse and busy caseload through the bank’s case management system, driving timely progression of cases and quality outcomes with risk appetite and commercial goals. • Supporting sensitive workplace concerns involving harassment, discrimination, and whistleblowing disclosures, ensuring impartiality, confidentiality, and procedural rigor.• Producing complex HR letters and maintaining high standards of documentation and audit compliant case files, to meet legal and regulatory obligations as well as internal quality assurance reviews.• Contributing to internal projects including the implementation of the HR case management platform ServiceNow, including user testing, workflow design, and training materials to enhance case tracking, MI reporting, and stakeholder experience.• Participating in continuous improvement across the department to simplify and maximise opportunities for contributing to the efficiency of the team and wider function.
