I work in the online marketing team updating website, social media channels, responding to website quiries/emails and assisting with the development of short team marketing plans and advertising campaigns.A strong aspect of my job focuses on using the companies in house CMS to update the website, utilising analytical software and creative writing to ensure all pages an onsite content is fully optimised for engagement and conversion. I liase with sales and advertising departments to ensure all campaigns are alligned, KPIs are set and can be measured accurately and targets are met, if not I assist with understanding why and helping to ensure future campaigns can be improved upon.I use a variety of software and applications, including Google Adwords/Analytic packages, Adobe Creative Cloud, inhouse CMS, and Social Media Scheduling tools.
