Program Delivery:Led PMO oversight for the One Consolidation program across Digital Technologies, FinTech, Corporate Finance, and Change Management, delivering a significant stretch role with enterprise-wide impact. Program delivered a new Enterprise Consolidation Ecosystem - replacing multiple legacy consolidation platforms with a unified, cloud-based OneStream solution, simplifying the operating model, reducing reconciliation effort, and eliminating dual internal/external reporting processes. This enabled a standardised, enterprise-wide reporting framework with automated internal-to-external (US GAAP) data bridges, improving reporting accuracy, transparency, and scalability while positioning the organisation for ongoing vendor-led innovation.Portfolio Management: Established and embedded scalable portfolio COE model and governance framework, ensuring milestone alignment, strengthening IT controls adherence, and driving delivery execution across complex, multi-stream initiatives.Directed the standardisation of portfolio reporting metrics / KPIs (Financials, IT Controls, Intake, Demand Mgmt. & Delivery Metrics). Partnered with EAA team’s to drive adoption of central portfolio CoE capabilities, PMX framework & SPM ServiceNow Application, delivering a single, integrated view of EAA BAU and transformation technology and change enablement.
