College Track is a comprehensive completion program that equips students from underserved communities to be the first in their families to graduate with a bachelor\'s degree. By offering a holistic program that supports scholars over the course of 10 years, College Track serves nearly scholars and alumni across 12 centers in the U.S.As a Director of Individual Philanthropy, I manage a portfolio of 75-90 high-net-worth donors with the capacity to make five- and six-figure gifts. In addition to growing my revenue target, I manage the Northern California Local Advisory Boards to support fundraising, awareness, and career readiness for scholars.I work closely across teams to drive awareness externally through events, conferences, and networking; write, produce, and support on reports, proposals, and campaigns; collaborate with senior leadership, including Executive Site Directors and C-Suite staff and their offices.
