About Ashley Bradac

I received my Bachelors Degree from Santa Clara University majoring in Communication with an emphasis in Organizations and Technology. For 5 years, I have immersed myself in Commercial Real Estate. While selling is not my forte, managing property is. The passion and drive I have for my tenants, our vendors, and clients shows through my talent in quick problem solving, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. Whether it be a tenant needing someone to check on their HVAC or completing variance comments for our monthly reports, I have strived for nothing but getting the job done and doing that job well. I have managed to come into this industry right out of college and get promoted from a Property Administrator to an Assistant Property Manager within a year. My ambition and motivation to succeed and grow in Real Estate has only just begun. I am excited to see all the endeavors I take along the way that will make me a well rounded individual both personally and especially professionally. In my past careers; I interned with the Mountain View Chamber of Commerce being their volunteer Coordinator and Special Events Intern for their 48th annual Art and Wine festival. I have also worked with the San Jose Sharks Organization for almost five years specifically in their Community Relations department. My experience in all the fields above, my communication degree, and the enthusiasm to learn has built my professional career to what it is today.
