As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Select Medical, I have over 15 years of experience in recruiting, management, process improvement, team building, technology implementation, and intrapreneurship. I currently oversee recruitment for both critical illness recovery and inpatient rehabilitation with 20+ direct reports who support over 130 hospitals across the United States. As a Smeal College of Business graduate (WE ARE), with my MBA in Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship, I bring a strategic and creative approach to talent acquisition, aligning our hiring goals with our organizational mission and culture. I also have multiple certifications in cold calling, building new business, master training for talent plus, and people management, which enable me to develop and lead effective recruitment campaigns, train and mentor new recruiters, and foster a positive and inclusive work environment. With a proven ability to lead innovation-driven initiatives, one of my main focus\' is on building out more efficient processes and deploying new technologies to the team. I am passionate about finding and retaining the best talent for our hospitals, and contributing to the quality and safety of patient care. As a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, I have an eye quality and reducing variation in processes. Process improvement and a futurist mindset are some of my strongest attributes. I have built out STEM education programs across the United States, have had the honor of ringing the closing bell on the NYSE, and have helped both Fortune 500 and start-up companies reach revenue goals through top performance. When I am not innovating, leading, recruiting, and meeting new people, you will find me granting wishes for children with life threatening conditions through the Make-a-Wish Foundation.
