Ashley Marley is a seasoned program manager with over ten years of experience in the event industry, specializing in employee engagement, alumni engagement and non-profit event management. She holds an MBA from the University of Central Florida and worked as an associate director and assistant director for alumni engagement events for six years.Currently, she is a project manager at RSM, a leading provider of audit, tax, and consulting services. In this role, she is responsible for developing, managing, and executing scalable initiatives that drive engagement and lead to continued engagement among RSM alumni and employees. She collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, manages engagement logistics, and contributes to developing and implementing strategies and best practices to foster a culture of respect and collaboration at RSM.
