Functioning as Lead IAM Business Analyst.Primary role is to lead the Application Onboarding effort to ensure all VF applications are requestable through the company\'s IAM tool. Lead the design, implementation and management of IAM processes surrounding Application Ingress. Manage project queue, understand project prioritization and timelines, and assign objectives to team members. Track and report on program progress, identify potential risks and lead in solutioning. Develop and maintain dashboards to represent program movement. Create and maintain all Application Ingress process documentation. Guide the team to ensure all projects within the program meet IAM standards and are presented in a business-friendly manner. Coordinate with application owners, vendor support, and technical support teams to gather application requirements. Analyze complex business problems to be solved with automation such as API or SCIM provisioning where available. Collaborate with Access Governance and Compliance teams to ensure applications meet required SOX controls including reconciliation and certification obligations. Work amongst cross functional teams to ensure application successfully moves through Development, UAT, and Production phases in a SCRUM based model. Effectively communicate with all project stakeholders including Business Partners, Application Support, Access Governance, Compliance, and IAM team members. Ensure data quality and accuracy through requirement validation.
