I am passionate about helping people live longer, healthier lives through the power of nutrition, the fasting mimicking diet and lifestyle medicine.As the Director of Clinical Nutrition & Global Training at L-Nutra Health, the medical division of L-Nutra Inc, I lead global clinical nutrition strategy and education initiatives focused on improving metabolic health and advancing type 2 diabetes remission through innovative nutritional interventions.With more than 20 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, my career has spanned hospital-based clinical care, chronic disease management, and preventive health innovation. Today, my work centers on translating cutting-edge longevity science into practical, scalable clinical programs that empower healthcare providers and patients around the world.At L-Nutra Health, I lead a team of clinical dietitians delivering evidence-based metabolic care while developing training programs for physicians, health systems, and international partners implementing nutrition-driven metabolic health protocols.
