   I am currently the Talent Payment Coordinator and Production Coordinator at BMS Films at Bristol Myers Squibb. I manage the activation and pull through of the SAG talent payment process within BMS Films, I lead weekly meetings with BMS Films and BBS, I assist with talent billing/finance issues and working closely with BBS to advise business partners of estimate approvals, tracking and expirations within SAG-AFTRA. I work closely with business partners, vendors, agencies and AOR across all brands and provide information to talent, agents and casting agencies. I monitor hundreds of projects from Intake through Post-Production, help manage staff and freelance producer support, visitor registration, crew sheets, production books, craft services, travel arrangements, providing sftp access and registration, assisting with intake meetings, shopping, demand management and vendor/freelance invoice processing. I also attend and report at demand management meetings, resolve billing issues within ARIBA and assist with editing as time allows. All of my experience within one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world has really exposed me to all areas of production as BMS Films leads the company nationally and globally in the areas of Video, Commercial, Live Webcasting, Animation and Photography.
