Over the past five years, have entertained over 100K concert goers and with over 2.6M in ticket sales.Was the 2023 Topeka Community Choice Winner for Live Music/Concert Venue. ABOUT ASHLEY BERGQUIST
Naturally, I look up to my big brother and want to follow in his footsteps as a chef. My first job was working in a kitchen in a casino. Throughout high school, the job provided me with not only experience with food but with skills in time management, guest service, teamwork, creativity, and adaptability.Soon, my interests extended to the gaming industry. During college, I studied advertising and business while I took on a sales role as an Executive Casino Host. I learned to hustle and to be a good listener and communicator. How sometimes a relationship means more than knowing someone’s name but anticipating their needs and treating them like family. Eventually, after several years the job I always desired became available, working in the Marketing Department. Providing exciting and rewarding events and entertainment for guests taps into my creative and social side. With 25 years in the industry, I find that not only is it fun to book concerts with headlining artists, but I enjoy the not so glamorous part of the job. The tasks of forecasting, budgeting, and logistics of over 100 concerts with over $4M in sales. In my position I have implemented a wide range of events, from food truck festivals, KCBS sanctioned BBQ events, grand openings, game shows, and have launched social casinos and sports betting sites. I am best known for my positivity among my team members. I am an influential leader. I develop and motivate the people around me to be positive role models and create an atmosphere of communication, creativity, and empowerment.I am still excited about cooking and food.
