If you are determined to learn, no one can stop you.”This is a quote I have been passing around for years, and recently I have taken head of this for myself! I have decided to become a full time Student, leaving a comfortable full time position with an Ofsted Outstanding College to pursue my own goals and aspirations in the world of Gaming Technology and Development. I\'ve always wanted to be able to create relevant resources for the educational vocational sectors and by following this path, I am hoping to open new doors in an industry and career that I have always wanted to try but never had the courage to chase!To inspire the individual to develop themselves through all means is my goal. Learning takes place when the learner is ready to receive, understand, and invest with the lesson, and not before. I work to unlock that desire for growth. I aspire to fan the flames of a thirst for knowledge and personal understanding.Motivation can not be regulated, prescribed or forced. Finding a way to motivate is as easy as identifying a particular type of sand grain on a beach. But through understanding your own strengths and the needs and desires of your audience, you can begin to motivate the success in others. You can breed the enthusiasm for progression and self development. I believe, getting people to do what is needed or required to do, because THEY WANT to do it is true, personable, relatable, and achievable motivation.
