Employee Relations & Investigations – Leading sensitive workplace investigations and fostering respectful, legally compliant, and ethical environments. Leave of Absence Management – Overseeing FMLA, ADA, and other leave programs with compassion and compliance. Policy Development & Compliance – Ensuring HR policies reflect both state and federal regulations while honoring the unique culture of each school community.
