As Master Blender, I oversee the blending lab and production at The Blending House. I developed the floor plan of our production facility to ensure proper flow and to maximize our production abilities.For the premier craft spirits brands that call The Blending House home, I ensure high-quality, consistent, interesting products enter the consumer market. As a scientist, I am especially interested in finding the meeting point between art and data in spirits production. The Blending House incorporates superior analytics practices and hardware to provide real-time data about the barrels (and therefore the bourbon) stored in our K-RAX rickhouses. Combined with my 12+ years of experience honing the art of the blend, this data will help take my work to a new level of excellence.
