I am a results-driven senior legal and commercial executive with extensive experience leading organizations through complex growth initiatives, financing strategies, and operational transformations. As a founding member of the senior leadership team at Aris Mining Corporation (TSX and NYSE American: ARIS), I have helped shape the company’s vision to become a globally relevant gold producer. My strategic approach and focus on execution have been instrumental in navigating complex growth initiatives, advancing corporate goals, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships. Prior to Aris Mining, I was part of the senior leadership team at Leagold Mining, where I contributed to the company’s rapid growth from a $440 million market cap single-asset operation to a $1 billion market cap multi-asset producer. This success culminated in the $2.0 billion merger with Equinox Gold, creating a leading gold producers in the Americas.
