I’m a multi-passionate, people-centered professional who’s spent over a decade navigating the intersections of education, technology, customer service, and creative problem-solving. My background in graphic design and my master’s in administration are the wheels that got the car moving, but the car itself? That’s technology in education. That’s where I’ve found traction, purpose, and the power to actually help people: students, staff, colleagues grow, evolve, and thrive.I’ve supervised teams, students, mentored peers, rolled up my sleeves to troubleshoot tech chaos, and mapped out cleaner workflows when everyone else was ready to light it all on fire. I’m not just good at systems, I’m good at the people in the systems. I care about clarity, connection, and building things that make sense and make a difference. I don\'t fear change, I am excited by it!I thrive in the space where thoughtful systems meet human needs. I’m equal parts strategy and empathy, analysis and intuition. Whether I’m guiding someone through a new process, creating resources that click, or just being the calm in the storm, I bring presence, creativity, and a strong sense of “we’ve got this” energy to the table. I’m here to make things work better, feel better, and support the kind of change that sticks (and maybe even get people excited about it, too.)Outside of the 9 to 5, I run a blog and a ranch rating website that let me flex my creative muscles, explore what lights me up, and keep showing up as my full self.
