About Ashley Andrews

Attending college was my biggest goal growing up, so at 15, I began working in the Napa Valley restaurant industry to save up. Through the high standards of the local dining experience, I quickly learned the importance of building relationships with my team and customers, and what hard work and ambition truly meant. Throughout my time at Seattle University my interest in finance manifested into passion and intellectual curiosity within the different asset classes and the mutual beneficial relationship between businesses and individuals. Pursing a major in Finance with a minor in Management has allowed me to develop a strong foundation in financial analysis while also understanding the importance of the operational and strategic aspects of a business. My leadership position in Albers Investment Group as a Senior Analyst has served as an invaluable experience to manage a portfolio of with a group of talented like-minded individuals. Though company valuation I value understanding what drives businesses at their core and how culture can shape long-term value. Off-campus, I maintain two jobs to finance my own education and help out at my local yoga studio to contribute to a community and practice that has taught me the importance of gratitude and resilience. I believe my formative life experiences have well prepared me for a successful career in finance where I hope to blend my 7 years of work experience and hard work in school to contribute to strategic insights and meaningful results.
