I’m a Manager on the Legal Engineering team at Harvey, where I lead a group of former practicing attorneys helping law firms and in-house legal teams adopt generative AI in ways that meaningfully enhance how lawyers work. My team partners closely with customers to translate real legal workflows into technology that is practical, intuitive, and built for the realities of legal practice.Before Harvey, I practiced law at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Sidley Austin, advising on complex private equity M&A transactions on both the buy-side and sell-side. I later joined a boutique firm, where I served as a trusted advisor to middle-market business owners and led deals from term sheet to close. That transactional background—and years spent operating in high-stakes, deadline-driven environments—shapes how I approach legal technology today.At Harvey, I work at the intersection of legal practice, product, and go-to-market strategy, guiding teams through thoughtful adoption of AI tools that augment judgment, reduce friction, and meet lawyers where they are.
