During my fall semester, I had the opportunity to participate in the Raymond James Spring Mentorship Program. I was paired with two mentors—an Associate Leader and a Senior Leader—and met with each over Zoom for three one-on-one sessions. The program was tailored to my professional interests and goals, providing a personalized and insightful experience.I also had the opportunity to attend two virtual roundtable discussions with members of the marketing department, including Chief Marketing Officer Mike White, which offered valuable exposure to different roles within the company.Through this program, I was able to network with industry professionals, observe corporate staff meetings, gain a deeper understanding of Raymond James as an organization, and receive thoughtful guidance on navigating a corporate career path.
