I represent practices in Western and Central Pennsylvania, Western Maryland and Western New York. In this role, I utilize my 14 or so years of Human Resources experience in a focused way to source and recruit Family and Internal Medicine Physicians from Pennsylvania and beyond. I provide a concierge-type experience that allows me to get to know each candidate, match them with available opportunities and make a formal introduction to practice leadership. As a life-long Western Pennsylvanian, I am familiar with many of the practice locations and can provide insight into the surrounding communities. Additionally, I work alongside the administration of each practice, which gives me a deeper understanding of each opportunity that I can share with a candidate.
