ABOUT ASHLEIGH HAMILTON

Fundamentally, I am a nice lady who believes in human connection, processes to make our work lives easier, and interdepartmental collaboration.I have had several roles over the past couple years, and it is a testament to my adaptability and ability to learn tools and concepts quickly. I am proficient in the following tools: SFDC, Workato, Marketo, Outreach, Planhat, and Mixmax. Uphill mountain biking is my jam! Because, you know.quads of steel. Also, if I can bike up it, I can bike down it. As a former teacher, I believe that critical thinking is one of the most valuable assets a person can have. Asking questions that challenge ourselves and our leaders is necessary for building a thriving community. Unfortunately, in schools, kids are taught to ask questions that provide clarification but not inquisition. The greatest compliment I received as a teacher was from a 15-year-old female student who said,\"Before your class, I did not see myself as a critical thinker, and now I know I can ask questions and think for myself. I am not dumb.\" is a skill we do not fosterI know the frustrations that come with knowing information exists but not being able to discover it or, when you do, not knowing whom to contact to gain access to it. Efficiency is my driving force. Alation: Data should not be overwhelming, it should be empowering. Alation takes a people-first approach to data cataloging and governance, which means we are built for technical and non-technical users alike. Who wouldn\'t want a Google-like experience to data discovery, collaboration, and trust?
