About Ashleigh Gorman
Most initiatives that stall don\'t fail in execution. They were started before the conditions supporting them were stable. I founded Lucent Point to work on that problem specifically, inside private equity firms and the companies they back. My focus is upstream: the signal quality, operating foundations, and decision infrastructure that determine whether execution compounds or fragments before it begins. With 15+ years leading transformation across private equity, SaaS, and B2B enterprises, I\'ve built and modernized the systems PE firms rely on from inside the investment platform.
