ABOUT ASHLEIGH SEARLE

I am an energetic and compassionate service improvement specialist with a passion for driving positive, lasting change across Children’s Social Care.For the last decade, I have worked to improve practice, creatively commission services that are needs led and driven by outcomes, and collaborate with Local Authorities, independent bodies, charities, and those providing and delivering care. At my core, I believe in the power of co-production to bridge gaps, challenge traditional thinking, and foster solutions that reflect the voices of those we support. Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to create impactful resources that drive meaningful change, including the widely praised \'All About Me\' profiles, enabling young people to actively contribute to their matching processes. My work has been commended by Ofsted, the Department for Education, and the Children’s Commissioner - acknowledgements that deeply motivate me to continue making a difference. From delivering keynotes that inspire action, to facilitating specialist training that equips professionals with trauma-responsive and person-centred tools, I am dedicated to empowering the social care workforce and leadership whilst improving outcomes for children, families, and communities.
