With over 10 years of experience in small molecule drug product and API development and manufacturing, I bring extensive expertise in managing complex projects across the pharmaceutical product lifecycle. My background encompasses small molecule oral solid dosage forms and API development, with a solid understanding of clinical and commercial phase cGMP manufacturing, analytical development, formulation, and clinical packaging. I have a proven track record of leading and managing projects within matrix organizations, driving technical support, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget control to successful completion. My role as a CDMO Project Manager includes full ownership of project execution post-deal closure—covering initiation, planning, and monitoring cost, quality, schedule, and risk parameters. I excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams and have extensive customer-facing experience, ensuring clear communication and alignment with clients and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles. I maintain rigorous risk assessments, manage remediation and escalation processes, and contribute to program strategy in partnership with Sales. Additionally, I oversee all financial aspects of active projects, including forecasting, cost control, and invoicing, supporting both operational efficiency and business growth.
