My background encompasses small molecule oral solid dosage forms and API development, with a solid understanding of clinical and commercial phase cGMP manufacturing, analytical development, formulation, and clinical packaging. I have a proven track record of leading and managing projects within matrix organizations, driving technical support, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget control to successful completion. My role as a CDMO Project Manager includes full ownership of project execution post-deal closure—covering initiation, planning, and monitoring cost, quality, schedule, and risk parameters.
