ABOUT ASHLEIGH HARVEY
I built The Story Team from the back of my car in the middle of a pandemic. I was working as a care worker because I\'d lost my job. Yes, that\'s what you think it is - changing adult nappies, administering medication, feeding the aged and infirm. Between care shifts, in freezing London, I built a website, did market research, learned how to be the best effing copywriter I could be (thank you Joanna Wiebe and Copy School), and put together a blog and a portfolio. And within nine months, my business was booked out. All because of the words I used to talk about it. And that\'s what words do. They book you out. Because people buy from people. And your words will show people what kind of person you are. That builds trust. Trust generates customer leads, positions you as an authority, and makes you become recognised as the business that all businesses want to work with. In this mad world, there are a few things I know for sure. And one of them is that writing that stands out will make you more money. More than that, it will make you feel alive and energised.
