I lead marketing, communications and social impact initiatives across a group of engineering businesses, shaping how our organisations present themselves both internally and externally.My work spans marketing campaigns, digital platforms, internal and external communications, and brand management, supporting recruitment, reputation and business growth. I also lead community and social impact initiatives, working with apprenticeships, schools, partners and local organisations to strengthen the connection between industry and community.Alongside this, I work closely with senior leadership teams, bringing a strong background in business support, project coordination and stakeholder engagement to help turn ideas into practical delivery.Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family and friends, exploring the Lakes with my daughter and dog, and making the most of any opportunity for good food, fresh air or a swim.
