I oversee a c£850m portfolio of NatWest’s largest healthcare clients, spanning private hospitals, elderly care, specialist care, mental health services, pharmacies, nurseries/Early Years, fertility, dental, and MedTech providers.My core responsibilities include structuring, executing, and managing debt solutions for an active portfolio, as well as deploying additional capital to support existing and new clients’ growth ambitions. NatWest holds a market-leading 37% share of the healthcare sector, with £7bn of capital deployed. We provide development finance from the first spade in the ground through to maturity, alongside transitional and mature-asset lending.
