I advise individuals, trustees, and family members on complex trust and estate disputes, including breach of trust claims, will challenges, and applications for removal or directions.My focus is on achieving clarity and resolution in situations that are often emotionally charged or legally intricate. Many of the matters I handle involve international families, long-standing structures, or sensitive dynamics where discretion and judgement matter.I’m a Partner in the Dispute Resolution team at Maurice Turnor Gardner LLP and co-chair of the Contentious Trusts Association (ConTrA), where I help lead the international litigation conference.
