I am the lead writer and illustrator for Root Knowledge: A Budtender\'s Guide to Cannabis, our first offer, launching in Dec. Along with my team, I used my 4-year experience budtending and heading marketing at a dispensary chain to create a foundational guide to what every budtender needs to know to sell weed well. We know this sort of basic training has been a back-burner project for most dispensaries, as they\'ve been spending the last decade navigating the tricky waters of a brand new cannabis industry.
