ABOUT ASHLEE HOFBERGER
I began my career in the restoration industry in 2010, in 2012 I cofounded what became the largest restoration company on the Gulf Coast. I received my Human Resources SHRM-CP designation in 2020, SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential in 2021 and became an Emergenetics Certified Associate in 2022. In 2021 my restoration company was acquired and I began my new career adventure, cofounding The Wash Room, a chain of high end laundromats with the vision of redefining the laundromat experience by creating desirable jobs and generating an experience where doing laundry isn’t a chore. I am passionate about career development not only for myself but also for those around me. In the professional arena, I am dedicated to growing and encouraging my team through continual training and development. I enjoy watching those around me thrive with new and challenging opportunities. I believe in leading with candor and kindness. I am a Pensacola Native, UWF graduate, and proud to call Pensacola home.
