CRM through Zendesk with AI capabilities, where I assisted in pitching and co-creating an AI Chat Feature Bot. This main functionality is to serve customers across a myriad of time zones. I also assist in creating and editing content for the National and Military Guide Resource Centers, including FAQ Knowledge Base articles. I also co-created the Military Guide\'s Engage macro course. Additional systems used: Credly and DOMO, Visio, Jira, Power BI, and Mural.
