As a Corporate Recruiter, I get to partner with teams across the business from Legal and Finance to IT and Digital Marketing.In my role as Sales Recruiting Lead, I focus on building strong sales teams for our call center for our stateside and offshores teams. I work closely with Forecasting, Partner Strategy, Operations, Training, and Sales Leadership to understand what’s ahead and make sure we’re finding the right people to meet those needs.

TL;DR- I am curious about people, I love talking, and I want everyone to be happy I’m a Mama who cosplays full-time as a Corporate Recruiter at Clearlink. With 8+ years of experience, I enjoy helping people find roles that work the best for their lives. In addition to that, I am the Sales Recruiting Lead for our stateside and offshores teams. I’ve supported a team of recruiters in telecommunications and Medicare sales. I’m an empathetic ERG Leader and recognize the importance of inviting people to listen and learn about other’s experiences. I’m passionate about creating space and understanding for everyone. “We fear what we do not understand.” Running monthly events for our ERGs and company wide events to recognize our diversity and bring people to the table fills my cup. I have a natural ability to foster an inclusive, supportive environment where everyone feels they belong and can bring their true selves. When I began my career at Clearlink someone told me that I have the “ability to make people feel uniquely important” and I hope that is what I’m remembered for. It’s amazing what people can do when they feel seen. We all have the power to build each other up and it takes nothing from us to do so.
