I’m regularly trusted in moments where timelines are tight, ambiguity is high, and results matter.As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, I led improvement initiatives across drilling, completions, and production operations and taught White Belt and Green Belt programs to build enterprise capability. I later supported field operations in a supply chain role, providing analytical and coordination support to keep work moving and aligned with operational priorities.Most recently, I’ve served as a core member of Integration Management Teams for Chevron’s acquisitions of PDC Energy and Hess. In these roles, I supported end-to-end integration efforts, acted as a key liaison between organizations, and planned and executed high-visibility integration events, leadership sessions, and stakeholder engagements. During the Hess acquisition arbitration delay, I was selected to support Chevron’s Enterprise Leading Performance team, contributing to the redesign of Chevron’s enterprise operating model.I work directly with executives and senior leaders and am known for leading through influence rather than authority. I bring structure to chaos, remove obstacles, and provide steady execution support for complex, high-visibility initiatives.

During the arbitration delay, transitioned into a core role on Chevron’s Enterprise Leading Performance team, contributing to the comprehensive redesign of Chevron’s operating model. Supported development and rollout of a transformed enterprise operating model, including governance structures, operating rhythms, and performance management frameworks that materially changed how Chevron operates.
