I am a Certified Lake Manager (CLM) and the Environmental Technical Services Manager at PLM Lake & Land Management Corp, with more than 15 years of experience in water quality restoration, nutrient mitigation, and strategic lake management. My work focuses on improving freshwater ecosystems through science-based restoration, community engagement, and effective project implementation.I specialize in designing and managing comprehensive water quality monitoring programs, in-lake treatment strategies, and watershed-based nutrient reduction plans. I work closely with government agencies, NGOs, lake associations, and local communities to navigate regulatory requirements, secure funding, and deliver measurable outcomes that support long-term lake health.With a strong foundation in aquatic vegetation management, watershed planning, and phosphorus inactivation technologies, I’m passionate about translating complex environmental data into clear, actionable strategies. My goal is to empower lake communities with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to protect and restore their water resources, today and for future generations.
