ABOUT ASHLEE GRAZIANO

I am a Company Owner with over six years of experience in finance and accounting, holding an MS in Accounting and Business from Southern New Hampshire University. My core competencies include corporate accounting, employee benefits, analytical skills, and financial reporting and analysis. I am passionate about providing financial guidance and solutions to businesses that need to improve their performance and profitability. I am rebuilding and restructuring a distressed business by conducting financial analysis and market research, developing financial projections and economic models, and ensuring compliance with financial guidelines and regulations. Previously, I worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Fortuna BMC, where I assisted project teams with budgeting, tracking KPIs, preparing financial reports, and understanding key business drivers. I also have experience as a Mathematics Teacher, a Financial Reporting Analyst, an Account Manager, an Accounting Clerk, and a Telecommunications and 911 Dispatcher. As a former Military Police at the United States Marine Corps, I received the Good Conduct Medal for my exemplary conduct, efficiency, and fidelity.
