I\'m the Co-Founder and CEO of Waste Not Consulting, a sustainability consulting firm I launched in July 2020 with a clear vision: to help organizations reduce their environmental impact, rethink waste as a system, not just a service, and make measurable progress toward zero waste goals.In my role, I lead the design and implementation of customized waste stream management strategies for commercial properties, working closely with property owners, managers, municipalities, and tenants. My work focuses on turning complex waste challenges into practical, data-driven solutions that improve diversion, reduce costs, and support long-term compliance and sustainability objectives.With more than 12 years of experience in the waste and recycling industry, I bring deep expertise in waste auditing, program development, stakeholder engagement, and educational outreach. Over the years, I’ve led projects across a wide range of sectors, including office, retail, mixed-use, hospitality, and municipal facilities helping clients achieve meaningful diversion increases, operational efficiencies, and stronger environmental awareness.My passion for waste reduction and recycling is rooted in my upbringing in an entrepreneurial, resourceful family where using less, wasting less, and problem-solving were simply part of daily life. That mindset ultimately inspired the creation of Waste Not Consulting and continues to shape how I approach sustainability today: practical, collaborative, and impact-focused.Through my work, I am committed to creating real, measurable change supporting organizations as they move beyond intention to action, and helping build systems that are better for people, businesses, and the planet.
