I’m a Maintenance Specialist working in food manufacturing, focused on keeping production lines safe, reliable, and running at their best. Over the years, I’ve built strong hands‑on experience in FMCG environments, from food manufacturing to highly automated fulfilment.I’m driven by preventative maintenance, reducing downtime, and finding practical improvements that make life easier for operators, engineers, and the wider team and reducing downtime on critical processes. Whether it’s solving a breakdown, installing new equipment, or spotting a small issue before it becomes a big one, I enjoy the challenge of keeping a factory running smoothly.I also have a strong foundation in health & safety, risk assessment, and safe working practices, all essential parts of building a reliable, efficient manufacturing environment.What motivates me most is continuous improvement: asking “How can this be better?” and working with others to make it happen.Areas I’m passionate about- Preventative & predictive maintenance - Food safety culture - Engineering problem‑solving - Health & safety best practice - Continuous improvement in manufacturing If you work in food production, engineering, or reliability, I’m always open to connecting, sharing ideas, and learning from others in the industry.
