As a professional with over a decade of experience in State Government, I have learned that the best way to achieve success is by employing well-defined objectives and building a strong team. I previously served as the Michigan Department of States first Election Security Specialist where I worked with our team to ensure Michigan’s Fair and Free election. My current role is as State director of All voting is local/ all voting is local action which is a nonpartisan, multi-state organization, fighting against state and local voting policies that silence American voices, particularly for Black, Brown, Native American, and other historically marginalized communities. All Voting works to safeguard the rights of voters at the state and local level, advancing fair, inclusive rules on voter registration, removing barriers that make it more difficult for people to vote, and ensuring every vote counts.
